Where Ackline is and where it is going, in quarters.

Tentative. This is an ordering, not a promise. There are no exact dates, items can move or change, and what teams tell us they use will reorder it. Anything not marked as existing today does not exist yet.

1. NowQ4 2026

   • Webhook ingestion: Alertmanager, Grafana, Datadog Available
   • Sign in with Apple, per-user access Available
   • Routing engine and audit trail In progress
   • iPhone inbox with push delivery In progress
   • Teams and rotations model In progress

2. NextQ1 2027, tentative

   • Schedule importers: PagerDuty, Opsgenie Planned
   • Escalation policies Planned

3. LaterQ2 2027 onwards, tentative

   • Microsoft 365 and Google calendars Planned
   • ServiceNow and Jira Service Management sync Planned

The order is: alert sources and schedule importers first, calendars second, ServiceNow and Jira Service Management sync third. It will be confirmed or changed once we have talked to more teams about what they run. See the integrations page for the detail, and the waitlist to tell us which tools you use.

Not on the roadmap: an Android app, SMS and voice fallback, billing.
